While some auctions use a scanning tool to post a generic picture of the lot available, we always have pictures of the actual item you are bidding on.

Items may be returned for any reason if you find they are not in the condition as described or if they do not function as intended on their initial use. You have 4 days after receiving your lots to make this determination. We will refund, credit or replace your item(if we have a duplicate), your choice. All items are new unless stated in the auction description or the lot description.

For third party auctions items are generally used.

For our bi-weekly auctions items are generally new.

Pick up is at our warehouse at 36 Wright St, Unit 18, St. Catharines. Ont.

Just come to the warehouse door and give us your invoice number and we will have on your way as quickly as possible.

Pick up times are the first Friday and Saturday immediately following auction day.

Friday by appt between 11am and 2pm.

Saturday no appt needed 9am to 1pm.

We are happy to answer emails promptly or you can call us at 905 280 3374.

We do ask however that the Friday and Saturday following the auction you only contact us via email. We are extremely busy those days and do not always have time to answer the phone.
